The Öreg Prés Restaurant is a perfect place for your wedding if you desire a lightsome countryside elegance on an idyllic place, that is the wonderful corner of Central Transdanubia. Our rustic restaurant symbolizes harmony and eternal stability and it has always hosted for great get-togethers: beginning of budding romances and eternal bond. Let’s taste local wines and take photos of yourselves on the slopes dotted with grapevines or the picturesque park of Lamberg-Castle.

Swabian romance in cozy restaurants

Arriving our yard an authentic countryside atmosphere welcomes you: a large walnut tree swaying in the wind, wine barrels, oven and a beautiful garden. From here you can enter the upper-middle class style restaurant part; from here opens the so called “ checked tablecloth “ room. Our aim was to use natural colors and materials to create a special atmosphere by which takes your every bit back in time.

The interior of our restaurant is suitable for the reception of 70 people, the external part for 120 people.. Besides this, two conference rooms are available that can be transformed for the music bands or DJs, so you can dance on the dancefloor all night long. Our staff will do their best to make your Big Day the most beautiful.

István Volenter’s gastronomical masterpieces

In our restaurant the present meets the past’s traditions: not only the region and the Swabian kitchen’s unique taste but the modern and the gourmet kitchen masterpieces can be found in our restaurant. Our Chef, István Volenter also has a great past just like our restaurant. The member and the coach of the Hungarian Bocuse D’or Team there is no such a demand that István and his team cannot fulfill. You can be sure that the highest quality courses and specialities will be taken on your plates on your big day.

Open air option in the yard or in the Lamberg-Castle park

Would you prefer to get married on fresh air in the countryside? Our sunny yard can provide a solution for this request, here you can get married close to nature. The atmosphere will be more pleasant by the decoration and lights chosen by you. Moreover you can get married in the neighboring Lamberg-Castle picturesque park, its unique environment is a perfect scene for the civil ceremony.

Accommodation in the neighboring inn

We know the feeling when you long for relaxation after a long night party. Our comfortable and cozy inn can offer a solution for this and it is few steps away from our restaurant. You do not need to solve the transfer in the middle of the night either for you or for the guests.
